Our Buckinghamshire location is based at Oxmoor Farm in Great Missenden, set within the Chiltern Hills and surrounded by nature. Move through invigorating rounds of heat exposure in our authentic wood-fired sauna and cold water immersion in our mechanically filtered and chilled ice baths, for a powerful contrast therapy experience. 
Our outdoor sauna and ice bath sessions combine heat and cold exposure to improve recovery, boost circulation, and support mental wellbeing. Whether you're visiting for performance recovery, as a group of friends or family or simply seeking a reset from modern life, Ojas sauna provides an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, friends or family and other like minded members of the community. Ojas Sauna provides a unique, nature-based wellness experience.

Private Hire – Exclusively yours for £100 for 1 hour for up to 6 guests.
Sauna Social – Meet and heat in a Sauna social, alongside up to 4 members of the community for £20pp per hour.
Guided Sauna Rituals – Guided sauna rituals are multi-sensory journeys through steam, scent and nature, led by Sauna Guide Amelia. Our Guided Sauna Rituals are monthly, alongside 4 members of the community at £35pp.

Ojas - Battlers Farm, Radlett

Ojas Sauna is an outdoor sauna and ice bath experience in Radlett, Hertfordshire. Our wood-fired sauna and mechanically chilled and filtered ice baths are immersed in nature at Battlers Green Farm, providing the perfect environment for contrast therapy. Our handcrafted horsebox sauna's deliver an authentic Finnish sauna ritual, with every detail thoughtfully curated to elevate your Ojas. The large windows create a seamless connection to nature, allowing natural light to flood into the sauna.

Move through invigorating rounds of heat exposure in the sauna and cold-water immersion in our mechanically filtered and chilled ice baths, for a powerful contrast therapy experience. Our Sauna hosts recommend rounds of 15-20 minutes in the Sauna, 1-3 minutes in the ice bath and 5 minutes relaxing and re-hydrating in our seating area.

Ojas Sauna was founded on the principles of Ayurvedic philosophy, where Ojas represents vitality, the subtle essence of life that sustains health, energy, and overall wellbeing. In Ayurveda, strong Ojas is linked to immunity, mental clarity, emotional balance and resilience. All qualities that are nurtured through the power of contrast therapy. Founded by Amelia in June 2024, Ojas Sauna was born from a passion for social wellness and a vision to make the benefits of Sauna accessible to everyone in the community.
