Beechwood Park School

Beechwood Park is an award-winning prep school with nursery for boys and girls aged 3-13, offering day and flexi-boarding in Hertfordshire. Set within 60 acres of beautiful countryside just 10 miles from St Albans, the school provides an exceptional education that gives every child the opportunity to lead a happy, successful and productive life.

At Beechwood Park, we believe education is a journey best travelled together, with children, families and teachers working in partnership. Guided by our philosophy of Nurture, Engage, Inspire, we help every child become the very best version of themselves by developing confident characters, ambitious learners and resilient mindsets.

A broad curriculum, exceptional pastoral care and extensive opportunities in sport, music, drama, outdoor learning and leadership enable pupils to thrive both in and beyond the classroom. Through our partnership with St Albans School, families benefit from a clear co-educational pathway from nursery and prep education into senior school, with a preferential admissions process for pupils who wish to continue their educational journey. While families retain complete flexibility in their choice of senior school destination, this partnership offers an additional seamless route for boys and girls as they progress to the next stage of their education.
