  • Any special requirements relating to disability so that we can accommodate at events etc

how do we use your information?

  • To facilitate a record of our service agreement. We collect information to create your directory listing, one of our add on packages, or advertising space. We may use your information to set up and manage payments and refunds.

  • To submit your event listings. We collect only the necessary details required for advertising the event on our website or to be able to contact you should we need to get in touch (e.g. for further details or if there is an error). We will always ask you to opt-in for your business contact information to be shared with other businesses if you sign up to our networking events. 

  • To send you a confirmation. If you sign up to one of our events, the information we require from you is for the sole purpose of managing the event (e.g. a record of attendees or for payment purposes.)

  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you products, website information, and new feature information.

  • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our website that may contain personal information such as your full name and business name. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your testimonial.   • Website analytics: We may use Google Analytics or Squarespace Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone personally.

  • Payment processing: We use third party companies such as Paypal/Stripe to process any payments.

  • Business transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
