Summer Rosé Festival
Our member Cellar Door Wines held their first in-person tasting event in over a year on Saturday where you could sample a variety of 45 different styles of still and sparkling rosé wines from around the globe and talk to some of the wonderful producers.
Beautiful marquees were set up in front of the shop on the Verulam Industrial Estate, just off London Road, St Albans.
It was an afternoon of escape to the countries of France, Italy, Romania and South Africa to name but a few and a perfect place to celebrate English wine week with Bolney, Henners and the local St. Albans Wimbushes' rosé wines available to taste.
Well done to Penny, her team and all of the wonderful producers and representatives for hosting such an informative, fun and delicious Rosé festival.
