As a professionally trained dancer, movement in all forms, wellness and fitness of the body and mind is Mecia’s true passion. Yoga was a natural progression from dance as it aided in building strength and flexibility. Mecia is trained in a variety of dance disciplines, teaching group classes and private 1:1. She teaches power vinyasa flow, specialising in pregnancy not long before becoming a Mum in 2019 to a beautiful little boy. Please see Mecia’s classes below:

BALLETBUMS
Ballet inspired hiit workout for the whole body. Perfect if looking to tone up, work on strength, flexibility and coordination. Previous dance experience not required.

YOGA
Her style often labelled as "graceful warrior". Classes draw from her dance background; fluid, strong yet playful.

PREGNANCY YOGA
Right blend of rest and movement learning breathwork for your labour toolbox.
