All New Adventures Of Peter Pan – At The Alban Arena

Stunning sets, dazzling costumes, and a star-studded cast!

We were invited this weekend to attend the Press Night of the ‘All New Adventures of Peter Pan’, which is this year’s Panto at the fabulous Alban Arena in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

Evolution Productions are behind this fun family show which includes a top-class cast including TV actor Chris Gascoyne (well known as Peter Barlow in Coronation Street) as Captain Hook, legendary Ian Kirkby as Mrs Sweet who was dressed in amazing outfits, Maddie Moate (presenter of the CBeebies ‘Do You Know’) as Tink and Samuel Bailey as Peter Pan. The cast were supported by a brilliant ensemble of talented dancers and singers.

This year’s panto was a lovely family pantomime with lavish sets, comedy, audience participation, great visuals, and special effects. It of course included the St. Albans Panto classics such as “the celebrity wheelbarrow”, the water pistols and great fun-filled surprises and hilarious word jokes. We were taken to Forever land where Poppy Sunshine, Peter Pan, Tink and the lost children of Forever land were on a journey to stop Captain Hook from changing the essence of dreams into the essence of nightmares. We embarked on a thrilling journey of fun throughout and the audience even spotted a dinosaur during the adventure.

Along the journey we sang along to famous songs such as ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, Living on A Prayer and Another One Bites the Dust’.

The Alban Arena year after year have delivered a quality pantomime that will not let you down. With their stunning sets, dazzling costumes, and a star-studded cast, we can highly recommend this for a group of friends or with your family and little ones as the show puts a smile on everyone’s face, no matter the age.

Don’t miss out, make sure to go and see this spectacular pantomime which is on until the 31st of December 2023 - it’s a great night out with guaranteed laughs!

Tickets are on sale for ‘The All-New Adventures of Peter Pan -A Pantomime Sequel’ and can be booked through the Box Office in person, over the phone on 01727 844488 or at alban-arena.co.uk.
