Art in Focus at I’m Fine Wellbeing
A three-hour session of ‘mindfulness art’ to help you relax with other like-minded individuals.

About: I’m Fine Wellbeing was founded in 2023 by school friends Natalie and Amy. It is a shop with a treasure trove of beautiful fashion and gifts, kids’ items, and homewares, as well as a hub for community focused activities focused on wellbeing.

Bibliotherapy and Wellbeing
This session is the first in a set of six classes which focuses on how reading can influence wellbeing, led by course instructor Nicole Moody (BA, MA, FHEA, Associate Lecturer).

Blue Monday Charity Wellness Event
The Hub will be hosting an evening dedicated to mental wellness, with all profits being donated to charities on our doorstep, Mind in Mid-Herts and Youth Talk.

St. Albans Gals Brunch Club – New Year’s Hike
An 8-10 mile hike in and around Heartwood Forest, followed by lunch at the Wicked Lady at Nomansland run by the St Albans Gals Brunch Club.

They run monthly networking socials, put on ad-hoc events, have an online directory listing database and promote on their popular social media channels amongst other services! The Hub on Verulam is a social centre in St Albans for dining, cinema, events, and networking, which is open to members and non-members.

We Are Mums Meet Up
A great new way for the local community of Mums to meet up together for pastries and play with their little ones, in Harpenden. Each session will have ‘special guests’ – local kids focused businesses highlighting their services. This month we have Eddie Bear Creative, Saintly Sleep Coaching and Imogen & I.

Wassailing
To those unfamiliar with ‘wassailing,’ this is a ceremony in which you are invited to raise a toast to the cider apple trees and make noise to scare away the bad spirits to ensure a good harvest that year.
