Accredited by Yoga Alliance and a UK Level 3 Sports Coach, Ali also led yoga sessions beneath the Peace Doves art installation as a member of the Abbey congregation.

Wassailing  
To those unfamiliar with ‘wassailing,’ this is a ceremony in which you are invited to raise a toast to the cider apple trees and make noise to scare away the bad spirits to ensure a good harvest that year. 
When: Saturday 4th January, 16:30 - 18:00. 
Where: Highfield Park Trust, Hill End Lane, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0RA.
Tickets: None required, but donations encouraged. 
About: Following the closure of hospitals on the extensive grounds, the Highfield Park Trust charity was set up in 1996 to provide a diverse rural park for the benefit of the local community.
