Hi I’m Chantelle, a women’s exercise coach specialising in ante & postnatal exercise and strength & conditioning training.

I train women to get strong and feel good. Strength training has so many benefits for women, not only does it build and maintain strength, muscle mass and bone density but it also improves confidence, builds resilience, self-efficacy and is empowering as hell! With strength and conditioning training, you’ll also work on getting that heart rate up in an enjoyable way which leaves you feeling pumped.

I currently run two classes in St. Albans:
Sets & Reps Mums Postnatal class - Monday: 10am - 10.45am (St. Stephen’s Church, Watling Street, St. Albans)
Women’s Strength & Conditioning - Wednesday: 7.45am - 8.30pm (St. Albans Methodist Church, Marlborough Road)

I offer 1:1 personal training at my home studio and have various online programmes available.
