Cellar Door Wines Virtual Spring Wine Tasting with Master of Wine Mike Best

Master of Wine, Mike Best, along with Penny Edwards and the Cellar Door team will be hosting an online Spring tasting for you and your household to enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Mike works for Boutinot, one of our main wine suppliers, which owns Henners Vineyard in East Sussex, and also wineries in Macon, the Rhone and South Africa. Mike qualified as a Master of Wine last year and shortly afterwards agreed to host our 2020 Christmas virtual tasting ,which we and our customers all thoroughly enjoyed. We have the great privilege of inviting him back this year to take us into Spring 2020 with three thoughtfully chosen wines from around the globe.

How does it work?
One £60 ticket includes:

A Zoom Link to log in to the tasting at 19:30 hosted by Penny @ Cellar Door Wines and Mike Best of Boutinot Wines.
Cellar Door Wines will deliver 3 bottles of wine to you plus cheese, chocolate and snacks. The wines have been chosen to tick all of the Spring/ Easter season eating and drinking boxes! Delivery is free if you are local to us, but an extra £9.95 (*possibly more depending on how rural you are) if you are not in the St Albans area. Please note that we cannot send you the wine and food if you are not on the UK mainland! 

The 3 wines you will receive are:
Wildeberg Chenin Blanc 2018
Bandol Domaine Leyfrole Rosé 2019
Domaine Tourelles Lebanese red 2018

The snacks you will receive:
1 small block of Love Cocoa Chocolate Salted Almond 70%
1 small truckle of Barbers 1883 Cheddar
1 large bag of Salted Patatas Fritas (Crisps)
1 small pack of Peter's Yard Fig and Spelt sourdough crackers
