As Mums, we put everyone else to the top of the list whilst we drop to the bottom.
At The Mum Boss Method, it doesn’t matter if your goal is to lose weight, get stronger and fitter, or help manage menopause symptoms and put your own self-care higher up the priority list.
As a peri-menopausal Mum running a business, I get what it is like to try to focus on yourself when your time doesn’t feel like your own.
I run group and 1:1 coaching programmes helping my clients to lose weight and get stronger.
I also run fitness classes for women of all levels in Markyate village on Wednesday mornings at 9:15 am and Thursday evenings at 6 pm and 7 pm.
