Hello, my name is Indu Khurana and i’m a psychotherapist, counsellor, coach and supervisor that is BACP Accredited and based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

I specialise in supporting people with stress, anxiety, difficult life transitions such as health concerns, relationship issues, facing mortality and getting older. I endeavour to empower people living with serious illnesses such as MS, Cancer, PTSD and long-term health conditions such as ME/ CFS, FND by providing personalised and compassionate support.

I work holistically to ensure that the help I give is long-lasting and not just a temporary sticking plaster. We address your unique challenges through all aspects of your life, including in the workplace.
