Christina Therapy

Hi! I'm Christina and I'm a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor.

I’m fully qualified and registered with BACP. I work locally in St. Albans and Harpenden and online. 

There’s no such thing as others have it harder than you. I believe that therapy is for everyone at different stages of their life, whether you have just become a parent, suffered trauma many years ago, lost someone recently or have been struggling with a mental health condition quietly for too long.

You can come to see me if you are in a recent crisis or if you'd like to gently explore difficult feelings that have been shimmering away in your life.

I am interested in our childhoods and how they affect us in our adult life and relationships. Together, we can explore what makes you YOU and makes sense of it.

I work with adults either face-to-face or online and I also conduct therapy in Greek.
